RMA Policy

CR20 Electronics Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from CR20 Electronics
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by CR20 Electronics
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, CR20 Electronics will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by CR20 Electronics.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. CR20 Electronics will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. CR20 Electronics does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by CR20 Electronics will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Nothing in the description said the entire laptop was HOT PINK. The color listed was "black". The pictures showed a tiny logo that looked reddish. This was our teen son's only birthday present. We had to jump through hoops to return it. And here we are a month out from his birthday and we finally got the refund so we can go and buy a laptop that isn't HOT PINK. Literally, the KEYS, trim around the track pad, and all the way around the screen, even lights that ONLY light up HOT PINK and can't be changed... and the description color is "black". Totally unacceptable and a big birthday let down.

4 out of 5 eggs Microsoft Surface Pro 7 - Delivered with Cracked Screen

This product was poorly packed inside a box that had very little filler. Opened the box to open the Surface box to find the screen severely cracked. Customer service is telling me they cannot accept their damaged item back. They are slow in responding. All I want is the product I ordered, a new undamaged Microsoft Surface Pro 7. This outfit seems dodgy. Can't call them. Slow in responding to email and now telling me that they can only send their damaged product back. Be careful about doing business with this unprofessional business. Will try cancelling the purchase with my credit card company if they are unwilling to do the right thing here. Very disappointed.

I have had my laptop for a week now, So fare a great buy for the money. Does run a little hot when being pushed, I have found placing the laptop at a small angle to allow air under underneath it greatly helped. Runs WoW at 100 FPS at highest settings. Destiny 2. Halo master chief collection runs 80 FPS. First gaming laptop I have had, I have always built my own PC. But as fare as a budget laptop I have to say money will spent. Do get a external HD, and some good Headphones.

Laptop shipped for free in 3 days to Cali when Newegg thought it would take 8-10. Came in factory-sealed packaging and all specs are as described.

Received my computer right on time. Except it doesn't display, I found a random plastic part rattling around inside the computer, and their customer support hasn't called or even emailed me back in nearly a week while I stare at this thousand dollar paperweight they sold me.

Computer was very poorly packaged, worked for 8 hours and then blue screen of death. Supposedly brand new machine and it died completely. Package was late delivery. Overall a negative experience, don't waste you time. Find a good local dealer and don't bother with Newegg.

The laptop overall is great, however I would have liked it to come with the 90 WHr battery. This one came with a 48 WHr battery. The description never said anything about the battery capacity. Besides that, I really enjoy my laptop
