RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Craving Savings
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the order date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Craving Savings will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Craving Savings will refund back to your method of payment.
7. If an address change occurred between the time frame of the original order date and a replacement/repair we will need to be informed via email by the customer for us to send to the new address. If we are not, the replacement/repair will be sent to the address that we have on file at current.
8. If any changes are made to the Operating System (OS) of the unit this will void the warranty on the unit and we will no longer service, the unit. This includes upgrading/downgrading the OS, changing the OS, or attempting to have the unit dual boot between multiple OS’s.
9. We cover all new customized units for 1 year from the date of purchase, please contact our company for any assistance that is needed with the unit first.
10. If a unit has been received with physical damage the damage must be reported to our company within 7 days of receiving. Also, images of the damage on the unit, the shipping box, and the manufacturer's box will need to be provided to our company. Do not return the unit until given instructions to do so. Failure to following this will result in either a restocking fee or rejection of the return.
11. All Returns must be shipped in a shipping box and not just by using the manufacturer's box of the unit.
12. If any repairs are attempted or performed by an outside source aside from our Certified Technician within our company this will void the warranty coverage on the unit.
13. Do not open the unit unless otherwise instructed to by one of our company’s personnel or Certified Technicians for troubleshooting as this will void our warranty coverage.

All items offered are US English only and come with US Adapter.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Shipped new PC with missing 512GB NVMe SSD, and installed 32GB of RAM instead of 8GB,seller refused to resolve.

I ordered and received this HP computer with a 512GB NVMe SSD and 8GB of RAM. Arrived with 32GB of RAM and the SSD was missing, rendering the system unbootable and unusable. Reached out to the seller regarding this issue, and the seller's response was "Good morning, We have checked our camera system and verified that this unit has had the components installed before it was shipped to you. Thanks, Philip."

I purchased a new Dell but have just found out - 6 months later - that it was used, registered in Canada, and the warranty was already expired when I received it. Now I must re-register the laptop in the United States before I can get support from Dell, and then I have to pay for support.

They sent the wrong computer. The computer didn't have the 1TB drive I ordered. I have already spent 2 hours setting it up, and now they are asking me to send it back in order to get the PC I ordered. This is inconvenient, and annoying since it was their mistake. They should have corrected the issue by simply sending me a 1TB drive.

4 out of 5 eggs Poor QC and most likely refurbished or returned items sold as NEW!

We have purched 15 of these exact same Laptops in the last quarter. Every one of them came with the tamper seals unbroken, the 3 we recieved ALL had the seals broken. 1 had to be returned as touchpad inoperative and the other 2 clearly had been opened and the Windows setup previously ran and one even had a "Default" user in place on it. Plus some other steup things half done.

We have ordered a lot from Craving Savings, most of the items we receive are good quality, however, we have frequently had missing items such as wifi antennas and we've received international/spanish style keyboards which are slightly different.

4 out of 5 eggs Sent back immediately. Bad MB/NIC

NIC on the mainboard is throwing errors. Never worked from first boot. QA should have caught it for sure. Especially on a "refurbished" machine. Repacked box and returned immediately. Even paid 2 day shipping for this order because we were under a time crunch to deploy this NUC.
