Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

Refunds given only if item DOA and cannot be replaced via PAYPAL . If so, Please report within 5 days and return to us within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund.

Buyer should check the package once received. If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly.

If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item does not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. Then get a unique address for return.

We can’t receive the packages if the buyer returns by yourselves according to the address on the shipping package. We won’t solve such cases and buyers should be responsible for the consequences.

It is IMPORTANT to declare your package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form.


All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought the wrong model or wrong color or you no longer needed an item).

We ONLY accept the return for the original package. Please make sure the item has NO man-made sabotage. If you purchased in improper condition, please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, all return shipping fee should be paid by the buyer unless item DOA.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Solid speakers, solid subwoofer. Remote is super convenient and the bluetooth capability at this price definitely elevates these over other simple speakers in the $100 range. Only knock is the cables that connect the subwoofer to the speakers are shorter than one would like, complicating cable management & limiting how far apart they can be.

Product is used or refurbished. I paid for a new item. Seller said nothing about product category being used. Box had original labels torn off. Speakers are clearly used. Scratches and scuffs all over. I am surprised that they even work.

Ordered what should have been NEW in the BOX speakers. What I got was an opened box, repacked by a 2yr old, with someone elses mailing label peeled off and shoved in a plastic bag for shipping. Do not trust them!

Vary low price, BUT they used the wrong address with the right city so I never of it from FedEx. Also my product would not fit in that box they used. I am not sure what they sent. They do respond fast but just say things like I will look into it and then nothing for days.

I bought Dell laptop battery from this supplier, and as soon as I plugged it in it does not work! My Dell laptop rejected it not only because it is not a genuine Dell battery, but it does not work period. I RMA this unit for refund, but it was returned back to me for the reason: "Consumable item" Beware of this shady company!!

Had a problem with a product arriving broken. These things can happen. However, the seller sent a replacement quickly. Based on this experience, I give the seller a 5-star rating and would use again.

I was sent an open box item and invented alot of time to make it work because it did not operate correctly and was missing pieces. I finally got the item working to my needs though not all the features work. I requested a full or partial refund for the item not being "New" or proper. The Seller at no time took ownership of the problem. And was un willing to just provide some kind of a refund. They asked me to send it back which seemed like a great opportunity to see someone a "New" Item and deliver an open box item. I tried contacting Newegg but OfCourse this seller is completely defended by Newegg and doesn't have to take responsibility. May I also state that their professionalism is low. I even thought I was buying the item direct from Newegg, but I sadly got stuck with this seller.
