RMA Policy

Deus PC Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Deus PC
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Deus PC
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Deus PC will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Deus PC.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Deus PC will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Deus PC can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Received faulty item. They claim carton damaged and empty. It was not in a carton it was in an envelope. Did not contact me and certainly did nothing to replace my item. No replies from them about anything.

Deus PC is a breath of fresh air in the PC market. Their support and communication was unsurpassed! I marked 'not as seller described' because I ordered a W541 so when they started getting my order ready they realized that the boxes were marked incorrectly so instead of getting the W541 I agreed to purchase a P51 which is an awesome version of the ThinkPad! I worked with Jim who is a consummate professional! The P51 has a fingerprint reader which I wanted to get working. This laptop had Linux Mint preloaded but the reader would not work. Not a deal breaker! After working with the guys at Deus PC they sent the instructions needed and the fingerprint reader is working without a hitch! The guys selling computers at Deus PC are computer technicians not salesman so they took a lot of care to make me a satisfied customer. Coming from a IT background and in customer care I can tell you that these guys work by the golden rule! Well done! I will absolutely bring my computer needs to them in the future!

I ordered an external cd drive in December 2025. The description on-line said it was USB 2 and USB 3 compatible but the actual port was neither of those. I found an old phone charger that was to a phone I hadn't owned in more than 10 years and the connector fit the port perfectly. I read the teeny tiny text on the label on the back of the drive only to discover that it had been manufactured in April of 2015, ten people years but a thousand years in computer time.

I purchased an item from this seller on the 8th, and it wasn't shipped for close to a week and a half after. The original estimate was delivery between the 17th and 19th, and was delayed due to the seller's inaction. An attempt was made to contact the seller after several days of no updates, and was not given a response at all.

It turns out the new HP Chromebook they sent me was a different color than what was advertised, but was otherwise identical. They sent an e-mail asking if I wanted a refund rather than a different color Chromebook, but I was fine with the change. In fact, the blue chromebook they sent was better looking than the white one that was advertised, so I was pleased with the improvement.
