RMA Policy

When you order from Electronic Express, we fulfill and ship our own inventory. Any return is sent back to Electronic Express as well. If you wish to return your product, Electronic Express will issue you a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the return total, unless the reason for the return is a result from an error caused by Electronic Express or the product is defective or damaged. If you wish to ship the product back yourself, without a return label, please contact Electronic Express to get your RA number to put with your product. The product must be packaged back in its original packaging and in shippable condition and then affix the shipping label to the product. If it is possible and you choose to have us pick the package up from you, it is your responsibility to be available for the shipper. If you fail to do this, you may pass the time frame necessary to return your product and receive a refund.

Televisions
o If you aren't 100% satisfied with your TV purchase, you may return any new or like-new Television within 30 days for a refund. All returned items must be in their original box and include all the original packing material, manuals, and accessories.
o Electronic Express will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for return shipping. You'll also need to pack the TV in its original box with all original packing material, and accessories. If the TV was shipped via Freight delivery, we will arrange and schedule the pickup
o It is always possible for a TV to be damaged in shipping, so we ask that you inspect the TV before signing, not just the box. Please refuse the delivery and contact us at 1-888-257-7500 if you notice damage to the TV itself. All damage related claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Appliances
o All customers who live outside of our local delivery area of Middle Tennessee and North Alabama will receive correspondence regarding the Freight delivery process. We also advise customers to measure before having an Appliance ship to their residence.
o If the customer is confident, we will ship their product. In the event the product does not fit, even after measuring, or are just not happy with their purchase, we ask they are packaged the way they have been received to prevent damage during return shipping.
o To return an Appliance shipped with Freight Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the Appliance, they bring their own packaging materials.
o In the event the Appliance arrives damaged, no return shipping cost will be incurred and an exchange or return will immediately be started
o Electronic Express requests that you inspect your Appliance for damage upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours

Computers (laptops & desktops)
o New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from Electronic Express that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
o Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
o Electronic Express requests all Computers and tablets be reset to factory setting and have all

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Delighted to find this Kindle Fire cover since they aren't made anymore. My Kindle is ancient, but still working fine, but the cover had recently given up the ghost. This was the best Kindle cover I've ever found -- simple, high-qualty, slim, light weight --so much better than the new junk I've been able to find today. However, covers like this one are nearly impossible to find these days. Fits my old Kindle Fire HD perfectly, and I am thrilled to have it. It even came earlier than predicted. 4 out of 5 eggs Shipping is a headache.

Seller doesn't use any major carriers and the small business they do use apparently doesn't have a working system to track your shipment. They give you a tracking number but the website is never updated and their "3-5 business day expedited shipping" is actually 10-14 days minimum with no status updates. Instead of just delivering the package like every other carrier they sit on your order for a week then make you contact their carrier to schedule delivery. Spend a little extra money and buy from a professional seller, it's worth it.

Item (AV Receiver) was shipped in Manufacturer's box= -1 egg. Fortunately, the shipping gorillas were nice to it. Box was in good condition and receiver works as expected. Newegg promo gift card delivered via email in 4 days as promised. Would buy again

Their tracking showed the item had been delivered to the hands of a person. Then I was told that it was returned to them by the post office. I would not buy anything else from them. I did, however, receive a refund. I would rather have had the item I ordered.

i love newegg but never buy from this seller they use a 3rd party shipping company that refuses to deliver even when i was standing on my porch and watch the driver pull up sit there for 5 minutes then drive off, then i called to reschedule and his boss tells me his truck broke down 40 minutes from my house, but i texted the driver and he said he knocked and no one was home this has happened twice so far and i still haven't received my tv

I had to call to see where order was on the last day it was to be delivered. All they said as it was lost and I could get a refund. I told them I did not want a refund. But still got email saying to get a refund. Guess what?? I am asking for a refund. And I will NEVER buy from them again. Heed my warning!!!!!!!
