RMA Policy

When you order from Electronic Express, we fulfill and ship our own inventory. Any return is sent back to Electronic Express as well. We strive to maintain a return policy that is in line with that of all other major online retailers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us by phone or email:

If you wish to return your product, Electronic Express will issue you a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the return total, unless the reason for the return is a result from an error caused by Electronic Express or the product is defective or damaged. If you wish to ship the product back yourself, without a return label, please contact Electronic Express to get your RA number to put with your product. The product must be packaged back in its original packaging and in shippable condition and then affix the shipping label to the product. If it is possible and you choose to have us pick the package up from you, it is your responsibility to be available for the shipper. If you fail to do this, you may pass the time frame necessary to return your product and receive a refund.

o If you aren't 100% satisfied with your TV purchase, you may return any new or like-new Television within 30 days for a refund. All returned items must be in their original box and include all the original packing material, manuals, and accessories.
o Electronic Express will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for return shipping. You'll also need to pack the TV in its original box with all original packing material, and accessories. If the TV was shipped via Freight delivery, we will arrange and schedule the pickup
o It is always possible for a TV to be damaged in shipping, so we ask that you inspect the TV before signing, not just the box. Please refuse the delivery and contact us at 1-888-257-7500 if you notice damage to the TV itself. All damage related claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
o All customers who live outside of our local delivery area of Middle Tennessee and North Alabama will receive correspondence regarding the Freight delivery process. We also advise customers to measure before having an Appliance ship to their residence.
o If the customer is confident, we will ship their product. In the event the product does not fit, even after measuring, or are just not happy with their purchase, we ask they are packaged the way they have been received to prevent damage during return shipping.
o To return an Appliance shipped with Freight Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the Appliance, they bring their own packaging materials.
o In the event the Appliance arrives damaged, no return shipping cost will be incurred and an exchange or return will immediately be started
o Electronic Express requests that you inspect your Appliance for damage upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours

Computers (laptops & desktops)
o New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from Electronic Express that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
o Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
o Electronic Express requests all Computers and tablets be reset to factory setting and have all

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I am using this display as I type my comment. I was looking at 2k monitors with high refresh rates and larger than 24 inch 16:9 aspect ratios. Ultra wide ultra HD I was willing to spend somewhere in the neighborhood of five hundred to eight hundred dollars. If money were no object I would purchase an OLED television with at least 4k resolution. This particular model, at approximately five hundred dollars to my door within three days is a good decision. The refresh rate is 60hz and I would prefer it at 144 but it is so good for the money.The Roku software and 4k streaming experience is mind blowing for me watching Godzilla vs Kong or the Snyder cut of Justice League was impressive.As a display for PC or Nintendo switch it is a lot of bang for the buck.If I had purchased a popular monitor like a 32inch Gigabyte wide format curved, I am sure I would love a lot of things about it more than this but I am very happy with this. I can read everything better. I find games like GTA V, Forza, Breath of the Wild, far more immersive and enjoyable. I am older so there is a performance increase for me because I can see details better than my 24 inch 1080 @ 144hz HP Omen.I use this 50 inch as a desktop and sit pretty close. Within four feet. That is not a perfect view distance. Sometimes I need to back up a bit. If it were in the living room at a little farther distance I am sure it would be exceptional for the money In My limited honest opinion.

Was delivered a TV with a broken screen, then took over a week and multiple chats and emails to get them to pick it up. And when the did schedule the pick up they didnt show up. Had to start the process all over to finally get them to pick it up. Wont be buying again.

Its a 15" TV....Picture quality is perfectly acceptable however the audio is tinny. But, in the age of sound bars and thousand watt amplifiers.....
