  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

We offer only high quality controlled merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
• Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
• Original Condition, no physical damage (except damages sustained during transportation)
• Return merchandise must include all accessories, such as manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Item was either delivered to the wrong address or stolen from front porch and the customer service didnt hesitate to fix the problem and I appreciate that being a repeat customer that but a fair amount of goods from them.

Went looking for a way to have added/needed ports to the front of the PC case. This company appears to have a range of solutions. I bought this one because it had the various USB and Memory SD and TF card slots I needed. Took the usual ship time from the west coast to mid-west (5-days). Fit fine and works fine. Using it to drop files to cards for 3D printers and CNC equipment (yeh, it's sneaker.net). - Pros, fits good and has ports I need and worked right away. - Cons, while unit to MB cord supplied is perfect, you need to get a SATA power cord deep into this bay. Couldn't use the existing power supply cord that had a spare, but instead had to add another SATA cord (EVGA power supply). - Watch out for: Suddenly my mouse was slow and jumpy. Unplugged mouse from MB back panel USB port and put into front panel USB port and was suddenly fine. (also plugged into this units USB port and was fine). Realized that adding this unit re-orders your USB. Possible MB issue? (Asus Prime w/ I7 12th gen).

This item took 19 days to receive from the time I purchased the item and paid promptly. Regardless of a holiday it should not have taken 19 days for me to receive the product.
