  • Return for refund within: 30 days

RMA Policy

We have 30 days return policy. Please let us know if we can do anything to fix the issue before you initiate return. We have 24 * 7 customer service and we are equally responsive on email as well. If you purchasing products from outside USA, customer would be responsible for return shipping fees in all the cases.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Item delivered to the wrong address

My item was, supposedly in one day, delivered to an address in another city. Impossible to say if it was the correct item at the moment. EDIT: Customer service responded to me very quickly and the wrong address issue was rectified almost immediately, ended up receiving the item earlier than the original delivery date, if I recall it correctly. However, they also asked me via email and then by phone call to delete or edit my negative review (at the time 1 egg), which is never a good look. Would have given more eggs if not for that

4 out of 5 eggs Wrong item sent / Full refund was issued

Update: After speaking with the seller, a full refund has been issued to my credit card. Also, the seller had requested during our conversation and again in their follow up email requesting that I "delete" this negative review; I never agreed to that - just to update it. This was my experience; their experience will hopefully be better. 1.) Order was shipped to the wrong address. 2.) Order was re-processed and shipped but the wrong item was sent. 3.) Newegg's customer service reached out to seller and requested a response within 2 business days; it's been more than that and still no update regarding a replacement being shipped via expedited shipping. 4.) I've contacted all phone numbers for this seller and no one is answering their phones. 5.) I've returned the wrong item that was sent and am hoping that a refund will be issued or that the correct item will inally be sent to me.

4 out of 5 eggs Seller issued refund in timely manner after shipping incorrect, used item

What was in the box is not what I ordered! The only positive thing to say about the purchase itself was that the wrong item arrived one day early. Newegg's refund system was efficient getting a full refund, which was issued by the seller when the item arrived back at their shop. This may have been a one-time occurrence but one wonders why a used, shrink-wrapped item would be in the incorrect box in the first place.

I purchased this in the early November 2022 timeframe. I received a 2022 set, which was fine. I'd recommend you update the photo as you will get a lot more sales if people know they are getting the Commanders helmet vs the Washington FT helmet.

Tracking shows item shipped to a different zip code and city. Checking my invoice shows my correct shipping address. Seller blamed USPS. I have never had anything like this happen to me before. It was a rare and hard to find, out of production item, so losing it is extremely disappointing. I was refunded the full amount charged. I would probably not order such an item from this seller again.

Description says 6 packs but they are shipping only one. I made 4 separately orders and all those came just one in each box
