RMA Policy

ESKUTE E-Bike Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from ESKUTE E-Bike
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by ESKUTE E-Bike
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, ESKUTE E-Bike will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by ESKUTE E-Bike.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. ESKUTE E-Bike will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
ESKUTE E-Bike can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Would never recommend this product or seller. Contacted, and they said NewEgg would contact. Never heard from them. Had to initiate contact myself. Don't buy this product, and DON'T waste time with this Seller.

Product died in 6 months so I contacted Geekom for 1 year warranty. Geekom ran me around for three weeks with cryptic emails, one sentance answers with no help. Such as; "we'll look into it.", "We will send you the warranty fee immediately, today..", "Send us a Video", We will look into this and get back to you immediately." I had to contact Newegg directly to get any actual help. Newegg was very helpful and within a week I got the RMA for a replacement.

It looks great but as far as performance, I havent set it up yet because Im waiting on a few other items. Reviews say it cools sufficiently but Im still investing in a cooler and etc. so until I have the accessories, I have a potentially powerful and tiny computer.

I ordered three computers from same vendor on two orders. One came in, the two have been lost in transit for over two weeks. Filed a claim and re-ordered the two. Then the Vendor canceled the replacement order. WTH? So upset.

I purchased a mini PC that arrived early, and was in perfect condition and booted right up. The packaging was great - it was sturdy and offered foam padded protection, but I'm pretty sure the whole thing would have fitted inside the lunch box I used to take to grade school in the 1960s. There was a getting started booklet included, but I never opened it, because everything was obvious and worked first time.

My first Geekom mini-pc got taken out from lightning striking a tree 26' from my house. It was LOUD! In addition the monitor, phone, internet, TV box and TV were all kaput too. I was satisfied with the first Geekom so did not hesitate to buy another one with same specs. There seemed to be a shipping snafu. I got a tracking number that didn't work. I kept checking and it never did work. Then the Geekom mini-pc arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Took SSD out of kaput one, put it in the new one and I was backup and running in no time. Then 3 days later I got an order confirmation and a new tracking number. Clicked on tracking number link and was informed it arrived 3 days earlier. Now that is FAST!

It came on time, it was the item I ordered unlike the one I tried to get through another company starting with an A. The Mini PC works just great. I'm very happy with it's size and speed. Does everything a PC should be able to do. I would recommend this company and product.

I have a hard time complaining about the excellent value of their neat little machines. But the tracking information they gave to newegg was wrong/useless, and made me suspect that what I ordered was sent to the US after I placed the order. Ultimately they met their expected delivery date. But because I wasn't able to track, I was nervous about the package's whereabouts until it arrived (and newegg still doesn't show it as delivered).

I had to ask the seller for either some missing parts or a partial refund to purchase the parts elsewhere and the seller was super helpful, responsive, and best of all genuinely seemed to care about my satisfaction with my purchase. We got the issue taken care of in a timely manner and the representative I spoke with spoke decent English. I highly recommend this seller!
