Our business is relatively small and new, so our price is unbeatable, our after-sale service is unbeatable, and our product quality is unbeatable.

RMA Policy

Happy Bear Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Happy Bear
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Happy Bear
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Happy Bear will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Happy Bear.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Happy Bear will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Happy Bear can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I put the serial no in support.lenovo.com but : 1. As built components where different than what I bought(512GB NVMe instead of 2TB & Less memory than 32GB) 2. Warranty from Lenovo shows only 4 months

Received a defective laptop (bad memory; every test failing) and requested a replacement, but my RMA was retroactively changed to a refund without my approval or any input whatsoever. After that, there was no real path forward. The seller (Happy Bear) wouldnt offer a replacement, wouldnt allow a reorder at the original price, and couldnt provide a comparable option. I was still directed back to the sellers process, but none of those options were actually available. Communication didnt help. Responses didnt address the specific questions being asked or provide a clear path forward. At different points, I was told to wait for inspection, that a replacement or discount might be possible, and also that the refund had already closed the case. So it was unclear what outcome was actually achievable or what was expected of me. I returned the item in early March, and *weeks* passed without a resolution or even any defined timeline, and despite active communication between myself, Newegg, and the seller. I ultimately had to purchase a replacement elsewhere at a higher cost once it became clear there was no path forward to obtain a replacement or equivalent option through the seller. The problem wasnt the defect. It's rare, but it happens and that's OK. The problem is that the return process allows a replacement request to effectively turn into a refund with no equivalent option or timeline, leaving the customer without a real solution. Just to be clear, this isn't remorse. I was legitimately satisfied with the laptop I chose and still opted for the same model, elsewhere. The issue is that once a defect was identified and reported, there were no viable paths forward to receive a replacement and honor the original request. I also had difficulty reconciling the explanation I was given for refusing to issue a replacement, due to concerns about sending another defective unit. However, the same model continued to be actively listed for sale through the seller on Newegg during that same timeframe. I'd recommend being very cautious buying high value products from this seller, or if you expect a consistent or reliable return/replace process.

I was pleased how nice this machine is. We got it all up and running and things are certainly faster than my really ancient HP desktop PC was. It arrived a day sooner than predicted. Anyone who buys this shoul do windows updates right away so it can have up to date software. I also went to Dell's website and found an update for an update for this unit. I was patient and careful during those installs. My only whine on this machine is ther is no rear speaker connection, but that is being solved with an adapter purchase.
