RMA Policy

HDTV Supply, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase for its products unless the product page or manufacturer says otherwise. Shipping to and from your address is not refundable. Prior to returning a unit(s), an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be provided by HDTV Supply, Inc., or the manufacturer, to you via phone at 800-841-9238 or email at returns@hdtvsupply.com.

Returned products must be in brand new condition with all the accessories and original packaging, otherwise returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or depending upon what the manufacturers policy is, which may be more or less. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage by the shipping company.

Return Instructions:

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in the Order History and then Click on the "Request RMA from Seller" Button next to the order information.

2. On the "Compose Message Page", verify the order number you want to request a return on at the top of the page and choose "RMA Inquiry" from the drop down menu. Then provide the item number (you can find it on your order invoice e-mail also) and the reason you want to return the product and indicate you want to return for a replacement or refund before Clicking the "Send Message" button.

3. Once our Customer Service Team receive your inquiry it will take 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

4. Once our Customer Service Team has verified your order information and has approved to send the merchandise back to the manufacturer or us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return sent to your email of record. The e-mail will contain the RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instructions. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back.

5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
