Q: What is the status of my order? When will I receive my order?

A: We usually fulfill orders within 2 working days, then transit time will depend on the shipping method you select. Your estimated delivery date will be provided to you at checkout at time of shipping method selection. Please contact us if you have any questions about our lead times and how we can best deliver per your schedule.

Q: Why is there a lead time for laptop orders?

A: Most laptops we sell on Newegg are customized to the listed specifications (RAM, SSD, thermal interface material) and will require 1-2 business days to build to spec and QC.

Q: Is signature required at time of delivery? Can my order be rerouted to a pickup location i.e. UPS Store if I am not home for delivery?

A: Yes, the delivery company will require someone to be home to sign for the package if it is valued at $500 or more. If nobody will be available to sign for the package please contact us for alternate arrangements. After 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned back to us for a refund per our return policy.

Q: How do I get technical support and warranty service?

A: As an authorized build to order dealer for several brands, HIDevolution proudly offers technical support and warranty service for the products we sell and customize. If you are experiencing issues with your computer, please contact us for support and troubleshooting. We advise NOT to contact the manufacturer first. Q: Are the parts installed by HIDevolution covered by the manufacturer or HIDevolution?

A: HIDevolution covers warranty on parts installed by HIDevolution. Any upgraded or changed components installed by HIDevolution will match the manufacturer's warranty period. Any upgraded or changed components installed by HIDevolution will NOT void the manufacturer's warranty. However, claims for parts installed by HIDevolution must be claimed from HIDevolution. Faults that have been determined to be caused by a manufacturer installed core component, such as but not limited to the VGA card, motherboard, original CPU, speakers, hinges, original display panel, etc, may still be claimed under the manufacturer's warranty through the manufacturer without HIDevolution acting as the intermediary party. In other words, please contact us for initial support and warranty service!

Q: How do I request a return of my order?

A: If you are dissatisfied with your product in any way, we accept returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. You may request a return from your orders dashboard. If you have decided that the product is not right for you and you are needing something different, please contact us so that one of our sales advisers can help you select the right computer for your needs. If you are experiencing a technical issue with your computer, please give our technical support staff a chance to troubleshoot and resolve your issue.

RMA Policy

HIDevolution Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from HIDevolution
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by HIDevolution
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, HIDevolution will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by HIDevolution.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. HIDevolution will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
HIDevolution can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Yes I would recommend this seller to others. The product was just as advertised. It was an m2 ssd and it functioned better than I expected. I think the delivery was longer than normal, but the Newegg app kept me informed that it was on the way. I was very pleased with my purchase

MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC at $399 above MSRP Unit worked for 1 week before complete failure (Not 12VHP melting, just dead card) While the seller may not be at fault for the defective unit, I reached out 5 days ago with no response. With Newegg's policy of "if no stock = refund" and the seller not having replacement stock, I opted to RMA through MSI instead. They've already reached back out to me and provided RMA / Shipping details. I just wanted a working unit, and with the premium the seller tacked on I expected better. The unit shipped from HIDevolution quickly though, so that was nice I guess. That's the only reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1.

They had the last available 5090s left at the lowest price therefore I expected a catch but nope! Item was as described sent 2 day delivery with no extra charge and signature required. Installed the new 5090, updated drivers and outperforms my prior 4090. Thank you for theamazing service!

Purchasing my ASUS through NewEgg from HIDevolution was an easy/seamless process. HIDevolution had the exact machine I wanted, ordering was easy. And I received exactly what I ordered. Seamless. Now, getting the product delivered through FedEx was so difficult. FedEx missed 3 committed delivery windows over a one week period (with me available for every single window). Very frustrating when you're extremely eager to get your new laptop, know when it's supposed to arrive and it doesn't show (with no effective communication from FedEx) twice in a row. Third time as finally the charm.

Had vendor install additional RAM and NVME storage. Configuration was correct on arrival, components were good, and, in a semi-rugged laptop, the installed components were *correctly wrapped and secured* when I inspected the internals.
