Hotai is a professional wire manufacturing factory. We are a research and development technology company specializing in the production and design of computer peripheral hardware. We independently design PCIE 3.0 and PCIE 4.0 adapter extension cables. We also produce graphics card brackets, computer cases, case panels, etc.

RMA Policy

Hotai Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Hotai
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Hotai
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Hotai will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Hotai.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Hotai will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Hotai can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I just received my Huwaei fitbit and I am confused because it appears it is only in Japanese. The directions are in Japanese only, and the screen display is only in Japanese. I may need to return this!

This is the 2nd Wavelink SSD enclosure that I've purchased. So far I haven't had any issues with the product. I really like the see-through case but don't know how road worthy it would be. I originally ordered and paid $20.99 for a Wavlink external drive enclosure (Item# 9SIAP88EDJ0138) that was to support USB 3.1 and include a USB A to USB C adapter. This product appeared to be shipped to the wrong address in a different city so I informed Newegg. Within a couple of days, I received a Wavelink external drive enclosure (item# 9SIA6PFAS69814) that does not support USB 3.1 and did not include the USB A to USB C adapter and costs $10.99. I reported the discrepancy to the Newegg who immediately issued an RMA for return. Realizing that there may be a supply problem with Item# 9SIAP88EDJ0138 I decided to chat with Newegg to see if I could just keep the enclosure that I received (item# 9SIA6PFAS69814)and get a partial refund of $10.00 including tax to make up the difference between the products. It took a few more emails, a cancellation of the RMA and another week or so but I finally did get the $10.00 partial refund. I didn't however get the refund of the applicable tax that I originally asked for but c'est la vie. The whole process from the day of purchase to the partial refund took about 3 weeks. Both the folks at Newegg and the supplier (Hotai) were very responsive, courteous and helpful during this adventure. The emails from the supplier were a little difficult to decipher but I managed. Because I didn't receive what I originally ordered, I am giving 4 stars out of 5.

Maybe I'm spoiled by A*m*a*z*o*n, but the tracking number was created on 29 Sept. I received the items on 12 October. That's two weeks to ship. If you can't do better than that, I won't be ordering from you again.

I purchased a wireless back up camera. I received a wired back up camera. Not a big deal, after reading other reviews, I got the impression that wired would be better anyway due to interference and latency. Not exactly what I ordered, but not totally off the mark either.

AOM-TPM-9665V (TPM 2.0) was ordered, but AOM-TPM-9655V (TPM 1.2 only) arrived. These are completely different parts! Do NOT purchase from this seller!

I purchased a SuperMicro AOM-TPM-9665V (Vertical) Trusted Platform Module with Infineon 9665, TPM 2.0, uses TCG 2.0. I was sent AOM-TPM-9655, TPM 1.2. Can not get refund. Beware.
