Newegg Deepens Commitment to International Sellers and Customers at IFA 2014

Company’s Global Seller Program, with ‘Shipped By Newegg’ and ‘First from Europe,’ Expands to Include Germany and Other European Countries
September 5, 2014 – Berlin, DE – Newegg, the leading tech-focused e-retailer in North America, today continued its global expansion with key initiatives unveiled at IFA 2014. The programs announced today not only offer international customers more products, but also offer international sellers access to Newegg’s huge North American customer base.
Newegg’s Global Sellers Program includes ‘First from Europe’— a platform for European vendors to sell to Newegg’s customers in North America. Sellers from the UK, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy and France are already reaping the benefits of selling in North America. Newegg now welcomes German and other European sellers to the program, which features low commission rates and direct access to Newegg’s 25 million North American customers. Participating international sellers can now ship goods to customers directly from their warehouses or use the ‘Shipped by Newegg’ service, which manages third-party order fulfillment.
In addition to partnering with more European sellers, Newegg announced the expansion of its Newegg International program which serves the European market. Nearly 100 companies now sell tens of thousands of products on Newegg’s international sites, with more on the way.
