IPC Store: The Future Of Technology Has Arrived

Though IPC Store has quickly become an industry leader in terms of online technology solutions providers, this wasn't always the case. Originally founded in 2010 by entrepreneur Pavel Kashov, the company began life under the name IP Camera Store with a very different focus than the one it has today.

In the Beginning

Based on more than a decade of experience in security system installation, IPC Store was originally a two-man operation that focused on selling security products like video surveillance equipment to customers all over the country. What made IPC Store so unique was that it didn't use any third party software to run its business - everything from the business software used to manage vendor relations to the resources used to get products to customers was built in-house, giving the IPC staff complete control over every last mission-critical element.

This "we do it all" approach was also how IPC Store was able to offer such low prices to end users, as they didn't have to pay commissions to companies that provided software that connected businesses with vendors, digital outlets and more.

Over the years, however, the focus of the store began to change. While the staff (which by now increased in size by over 1000% in just a few short years) were still committed to keeping customers safe by offering leading surveillance equipment, they realized that their customers wanted more variety. IPC Store is also an Authorized Reseller by hundreds of today's top brands in a wide range of different categories.

With that idea in mind, the company began to rapidly expand. The name was changed to IPC Store because they no longer wanted to "just" sell surveillance equipment - they wanted to sell it all. IPC Store now has more than one million items in its inventory - whether you're looking for that rare part for your next big auto repair, the type of computer you need to run your business on your own terms or something in between, IPC Store can give it to you.

In addition to maintaining their own e-commerce channel on their website, IPC Store now has a strong presence on online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, Jet and more. The company was also recently invited by Walmart to sell items on its website, bringing the company's reach to a wider audience than ever before.

Flash forward to today and IPC Store is an industry leader that offers consumer electronics, computers, office supplies, marine electronics, auto parts and more - in addition to the state-of-the-art security systems and equipment that has been a priority since the beginning. The hardworking team at IPC Store couldn't be more proud of the fact that in 2016, it was ranked #609 on the inc5000 annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

RMA Policy

IPC Store Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from IPC Store
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by IPC Store
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, IPC Store will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by IPC Store.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. IPC Store will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
IPC Store can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Sold a used cooler, ARGB on fans works fine, but waterblock ARGB is shorted.

4 out of 5 eggs Hiccups with UPS but product is great

Had problems with UPS not knocking and signature required that not even the seller could negotiate with UPS. But motherboard is very good, it works as described, new very well done, I recommend buying from this seller, but UPS does not have very good communication with them sadly. I would suggest to anyone if a signature is required have it delivered to an access point as the package took forever to receive because of the delivery systems games. The seller tried to help but poor communication from UPS made this a terrible experience.

Will have to give them more time to say if I would recommend..   Not sure how you ship a refurbished laptop when a full size tower PC is ordered. Shipping took 7 days better then first email, but still long in today's market. But when a company makes the mistake and tells you, you have to return their error before they will fix it, that is a poor response.    so 7 days wait to receive wrong one 7 days to wait for them to receive back and 7 days for ICP hopefully to ship the correct unit  Update Got a RMA and returned ..

4 out of 5 eggs Seller is selling goods that are not meant for the US

This is a review of the seller. Do not purchase any items from the IPC store. The drives I purchased from them are meant for a different region than the US. What this means is that there is no warranty from Seagate and they will not register or exchange the drives. This is the ultimate bait and switch since it is false advertising, at least for the warranty if not the drives.

4 out of 5 eggs Buyer beware if purchasing hard drives

I needed 7 drives for my NVR and I wanted to purchase them from one seller. Of the first batch of 7, 3 were bad. Submitted a return request, I figure bad luck. Of the 3 replacements, 1 was bad. Wow. I must be really unlucky. Requested a return. Got a replacement for the 1, it was bad. While they have been willing to replace it is clear there is something else going on here. 11 physical drives tested, 5 bad. This formula does not work for me. Not worth my time.

Purchased two Seagate Skyhawk AI drives from this seller. Both arrived DOA and with comically little protective packaging in the box. Warranty periods on both had to be corrected by contacting Seagate. Unclear why this is the case.

4 out of 5 eggs DO NOT buy hard drives here

Initially ordered 7 drives for my NVR. Out of the 7, 3 were bad out of the box, 2 showed failed SMART status and 1 was simply dead on arrival. I submitted a return for 3 and the got the new drives turned around in about 8 days, not terrible. In that shipment of 3 drives one was bad and another return is required. Makes me wonder if these drives are new or not.... 4 out of 10 total drives bad. The only other issue is that I would have expected better packaging. While noting obviously showing a problem, I wonder if the lack of padding contributed to the excessive failure rate.

4 out of 5 eggs False shipping Notification

I ordered the item and got a notification and tracking for it. A week later it should have already been delivered, but UPS says they still haven't received it. I have to message them, and they tell me its not in stock and refund me. Why have I been waiting for a week for something you never even had in stock? and I had to reach out?? Ridiculous.

I didn't realize I was using a seller other than Newegg but I'm glad it was. The parts arrived faster than the estimated date and they were new in box. Kind of hard to mess up a metal hard drive tray but these were in perfect condition.

HDDs were packed in just a static bag and a couple pieces of paper in a large box. drives were likely shaken and potentially destroyed in transit. would not purchase from here again.
