RMA Policy

If Lenovo ships the wrong Product or makes an error in configuration of the Product ordered, Customer may return Product in its original package to Lenovo for a full refund. Customer may only return the entire Product or all such Products for a refund. Customer may return personal computing Products purchased from Lenovo.com in quantities of five (5) units or less for any other reason within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice for a refund of the price paid. Returns of purchases of server and storage Products and orders for personal computing Products in quantities greater than five (5) units are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 15% of the price paid and return shipping and handling fees. Partial refunds or credits for Products, including installation of software Product options; or quantities of Products that are not separately priced, are not available to Customer for return.

In order to return a Product, Customer must contact Lenovo through your Newegg order to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any authorized return must include the Product and all accessories in their original packaging, along with all documentation (i.e. invoice, RMA and original shipping label), and shipped to Lenovo using the prepaid shipping labels provided with the RMA. It must be received at the Lenovo National Return Center within ten (10) calendar days of issuance of the RMA. Returns on any other basis may be refused by Lenovo. Customer assumes risk of loss and damage for Products returned without an RMA. Upon receipt of your returned Product, Lenovo will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less any applicable return shipping, handling fees and restocking fees as noted above.

Software Products acquired separately from a hardware Product may not be returned unless media-based software is unopened and still in its sealed package or, if delivered electronically, software that you have not accepted the terms of the software license. Customer may return the software Product in such an event within 30 calendar days of the date of invoice and receive a refund or credit in the amount of the price paid. For return of electronically delivered software Products, Customer shall provide a letter of destruction to Lenovo, in a form provided by Lenovo, confirming the software Product has been uninstalled and destroyed.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Cost Effective Replacement for MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) Internal Screen

My 14-inch MacBook developed an inexplicable traveling discontinuity on the screen rendering it useless. The cost of repair is between $600 and $800 with little assurance that the problem will not re-occur. With a little ingenuity I was able to turn the working Apple silicon into a dest-top computer with twin large external monitors. A couple of times a week I need a mobile solution with access to a power source, and the L15 Lenovo portable monitor fully resolved this problem. Warning: I did not investigate whether the computer's internal battery can support the external screen so--if an off-grid solution is important to you--you should investigate this compatibility. I now have a working solution that will enable me to postpone replacing my Apple with something more robust when they eventually recognize that they need to shift their design criterion away from lightness and aesthetics and towards a more robust one.

Beautiful, slick, machine.. just wow! It came well packaged and quickly. Exactly as described. Its super powerful yet affordable for a gaming laptop. I just love this thing! I wanted ASUS and Im so happy I went with this instead after doing extensive research on it.

Buying directly from Lenovo seems to be a great idea, especially when they're willing to sell an item on newegg for cheaper than they are selling on their own website. Easy process through and through and the laptop arrived perfectly. I do wish they mentioned the extra features it came with on this website (a free protective sleeve ($20) and Lenovo precision pen 2 ($50). Not to mention that you get to purchase a warranty after the fact directly from Lenovo as well. Overall, I'm a happy customer. I'd do it again.

My big sister hard drive started ghosting about two weeks ago. Restarting on it's own, deleting programs & screen freezing. I had to take action in fear of the drive dying out on me. Thankfully I was able to find a great deal on a new hard drive from the good people of Lenovo & New Egg. The specs, many USB ports to use & exterior design were very impressive from top to bottom as well as the price. Everything now is back on track & very happy with the results overall.

Received a defective product. After more than 2 weeks of them receiving the defective item, theres still no resolution (no replacement or no refund). They received the defective item and indicated that they did not receive any other info from NewEgg. NewEgg also sent an email that they have not received the tracking number/status for the return (even though the return shipping label came from them). What a mess
