Incorporated in 2013, Lone Star Computer is an electronic retailer selling all kinds of electronics, small home appliances, office supplies, computer hardware, cellphones, toys, gaming consoles and video games online via multiple marketplaces, such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, Walmart.com, Newegg.com.

We desire and provide our largest endeavor to offer the best prices, fast shipping and great customer service. With our new large warehouse based Texas, and additional distribution locations conveniently located in New Hampshire and Oregon all locations are essential in providing our customers with fastest and efficient products and service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with each step of the transaction related to their purchases from us.

RMA Policy

Lone Star Computer Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Lone Star Computer
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Lone Star Computer
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Lone Star Computer will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Lone Star Computer.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Lone Star Computer will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Lone Star Computer can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I was originally disappointed in the length of time to process my order. I did contact them and after explaining the importance of expediting the shipment, with some help from "newegg", the laptop arrived ahead of projected date. I would recommend this seller for the quality of the product and their quick response to my needs.

4 out of 5 eggs SELLING INCORRECT ITEM

I ordered WIndows 10 laptop HP model with 16 GB RAM, 1 SD card reader, Intel chip, 15.6 screen. I got different HP model, nasty windows 11, 32 gb Ram, NO SD card reader, but same size. I do NOT want or need ANYTHING Windows 11 with nosey AI rubbish on it. Seller will let me return it for a full refund, so that's a plus. Send your customers what you advertise online.

My kids come to me to get the best advice on pcs and gadgets because I used to build PCs and my son wanted a laptop for his bday. This was the best economic decision and best choice I made in purchasing this laptop. I didnt want to jinx it by leaving a review so early but Im glad I made the right purchase with the right seller on the right app. Im faithful to NewEgg.

Exactly as advertised, after setup and updating works perfectly for my Granddaughter as a home school/entertainment center. Added external USB HDD, 0 issues setting up, works like a charm. Great little basic laptop. I highly recommend!

Wouldn't recommend the product or the company to anyone. I purchased what I am hoping is a new computer, I have no way to verify this as the computer doesn't even boot up. Spent my son's birth day in an infinity loop of blue screens and automatic reboots.
