Incorporated in 2013, Lone Star Computer is an electronic retailer selling all kinds of electronics, small home appliances, office supplies, computer hardware, cellphones, toys, gaming consoles and video games online via multiple marketplaces, such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, Walmart.com, Newegg.com.

We desire and provide our largest endeavor to offer the best prices, fast shipping and great customer service. With our new large warehouse based Texas, and additional distribution locations conveniently located in New Hampshire and Oregon all locations are essential in providing our customers with fastest and efficient products and service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with each step of the transaction related to their purchases from us.

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Lone Star Computer
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Lone Star Computer will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Lone Star Computer will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I purchased a computer toward the end of September and inadvertently had it sent to another address. I reached out to customer service and was initially given word that they couldn't change the address because the label was created. No more than 24 hours later, I received another message saying that because the item was not picked up, they recreated the label for the right address and saved me the hassle of cancelling and reordering the laptop. I will always have Lone Star Computer saved for a place to order anything I may need in the future due to this great customer service. Needless to say, the computer is fantastic, runs great and super simple to set up.

I have used newegg before, and I have been satisfied with the products ordered there. The PC came quickly - although after I was provided shipping information, and the delivery was a day late. The item was packed well and functioned at startup.

4 out of 5 eggs Laptop description was not as shown, but Loan Star made it right.

The laptop arrived on time and was packaged well. The upgraded options of the hard drive and RAM also matched the description, but the size, weight, and most importantly the external port layout was all wrong. I purchased this laptop for a client based on the ports which did not match. The biggest issue, we wanted 3 USB Type A ports, but got 2 USB Type A ports and 1 USB Type C Port. We also picked this one cause it still had an Ethernet Port, but the actual laptop did not have an Ethernet Port. Due to time restrants and an understanding customer, I purchased a USB C hub with Ethernet and 3 more type A USB ports which was satisfactory to my customer. When Loan Star heard of my issue, they did provide a $50.00 credit to my account to cover my added expense and inconvenice. This was greatly appracated, as very few companies would respond like this when I wasn't even looking to return the laptop. So Loan Star does get 5 Stars when it comes to customer service.

My laptop had an issue as not being what was pictured. I contacted the seller and got a very quick response. They shipped out a SD reader very fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Seller does not sell windows 10 pro licenses consistently. We received a unit that was advertised as pro, but only had windws 10 home installed. Seller refused to correct the issue.
