RMA Policy

Lucky Store 4 You Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Lucky Store 4 You
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Lucky Store 4 You
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Lucky Store 4 You will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Lucky Store 4 You.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Lucky Store 4 You will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Lucky Store 4 You can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Customer service was on point and they were always responsive. The GPU got here 7 days earlier than expected without paying fast shipping. The performance of the card is as good as expected Im not gonna talk about the price because we all know how expensive this item is. If you have a few bucks to spend on this I would 100 percent recommend

I had ordered a Zotac RTX 5090 from this seller as it was the last one in stock from them, the price was not of concern for me as most RTX 5090s on the market are over MSRP given its current low supply (December 2025). Since this was a third-party seller and not Newegg themselves, I had concerns as should most people who make purchases on Newegg's market place especially third-party sellers. However, this seller had fast shipping and quickly responded to my question in a timely manner. Furthermore, even though shipping was quick, I did have to go through Newegg's customer service in order to have my package rerouted to a UPS Access Point for in-person pickup. Since Newegg has a binding contract with UPS, they tend to put shipping restrictions on packages of high value if it involves UPS as a carrier. Upon, receiving my GPU, I do have to say that packaging was excellent in which the seller made sure to pad the GPU box with packing material inside of a regular brown box which was great and bonus points for the discretion. Upon examining the exterior of the GPU box and packaging, the whole thing looks to be secure and untampered with and everything is in place where they should be (i.e. unbroken/uncut/unpeeled factory security seals). Overall, despite the hesitancy of shopping on Newegg's marketplace as one should be cautious of when doing so, given the chance that if I were to buy another component from this seller. I would feel confident to make another purchase from them again and would highly recommend this seller.

I bought the 9800X3D from this seller as my first ever cpu for my first ever build. Although it was delayed slightly because of UPS and it went on the wrong truck as a missort but it received it in excellent condition. I was full of anxiety overall because I wasn't sure if it was going to work or if I was going to receive it. Definitely will order from this seller again if they have what I need in a future build.

Paid too much on to top it off, it was late, even initial shipping was 10 days on its own. They decided to charge more than the regular price taking advantage of the situation and took way too long to ship. Ordered it on the 15th, shipped on the 18th arrived on the 26th, late as it is on my build and this didn't help.
