RMA Policy

Millennials Boy Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Millennials Boy
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Millennials Boy
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Millennials Boy will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Millennials Boy.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Millennials Boy will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Millennials Boy can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

My motherboard was delivered to an address 3000 miles from my home, and a few days later I received a power supply which I did not order. Contacted seller for follow-up. After another message to seller within a couple of days (with no response), I contacted Newegg for assistance. I finally received a response from seller shortly afterward. Seller "looked into it" and confirmed that shipments were mixed up. However Newegg had apparently initiated an RMA which I did not request, so I had to cancel that in order for the seller to process an exchange. More communication delays from seller, but eventually got confirmation that the motherboard would ship after I returned the power supply. I returned the power supply immediately after receiving the return shipping label, and tracked it via USPS. 4 days after delivery confirmation I still didn't have a tracking number for my motherboard. I contacted the seller asking about it. They said that they had to verify that the power supply had been returned before they could ship the motherboard. I finally gave up and let them know that I would be disputing the transaction with my card issuer withing 24hrs if I did not have a tracking number. A shipping confirmation order was issued by the seller the next morning, so I was able to track it with UPS. (UPS then lost the package, which was frustrating but not the seller's fault.) Motherboard finally arrived > 4 weeks after I had ordered it. That delay ended up blowing through the return window on all of my other components which had been delivered on time. Giving one egg because correct item was eventually delivered, and worked as advertised. If the seller had been responsive and proactive in dealing with the issue then more eggs would be warranted. But there was no sense of urgency or even responsibility from the seller. I was treated like a distraction. Everything was on me to force resolution. Painful experience, will not purchase from them again.

Used product sold as New. Packaging was not secure. Parts rattling around in the box. The Motherboard was not protected at all and was bouncing around with all the other loose components. People don't even try anymore. I will be extremely quick to refund if the product does not work and take my business elsewhere from this seller and Newegg all together. Trust has been lost.

If I could give them zero eggs I would. The tracking information they gave was complete garbage. I sent them multiple messages about this, and was told, don't worry it will arrive. I did receive the item in the time they stated, however to the time of this writing, the tracking info was still not correct. I had ordered a refurb Ryzen CPU from them. In the description it stated that a heatsink and fan were included. I did not receive this. It would have been cheaper for me to go new instead of getting this if I had to buy my own cooling.

Ordered a brand new motherboard, checked back and confirmed no where on the site did it mention I would be receiving used product. Expected a new in box motherboard, and payed for that, and received clearly used one instead, not sure its even going to work but Im going to try it anyway

After ordering my MSI fan's I waited almost 2 weeks before I could track my package. At 1st I thought I got scammed, so I sent him a E-mail and he replied the next day saying they were on the way from China. 3 days later I received my fans as promised. Definitely a satisfied customer.

I was pretty annoyed that I paid full price for a new chip and got "something" in a repackaged box that may or may not have been even remotely close to what I ordered. The tamper seal was broken, the box was re-taped, and the chip could have been a calculator. In the company's defense, they responded to my complaint quickly, provided me with a return shipping label and a full refund. Waaaay too many red flags though. Emails always answered in the middle of the night (China). Chip was shipped from a residential address in MD and the return label was addressed to California. Email responses in broken English. I do not recommend Millennial Boy. This is some random basement outfit, NOT a professional company.

Millennials Boy is the reason that I don't shop from Newegg anymore. Scam artists! High prices, and absurdly high shipping costs. They showed that the product had shipped SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE it actually was picked up by the shipper, and I had to order from another vendor to make sure that my client's product was here on time. They wouldn't process a refund through the normal Newegg return/refund process. Every inquiry was met with delaying tactics that started and ended with the same empty words: "we're sorry... but please wait." And even though I had complete documentation about every sleezy, scammy thing that Millennials Boy did wrong, Newegg wouldn't take action. I had to get my credit card company to step in to get the full refund that I was promised by Millennials Boy, because Newegg customer support was ultimately useless in resolving the matter. Avoid Millennials Boy at all costs, be wary of any Newegg partner that you're not very familiar with, and maybe even look to another online vendor that will be more customer centric than Newegg turned out to be.
