Monoprice will replace defective products any time during a product's specified warranty period. Our warranties vary by product. In general, we warrant cables for life and that most other products will be free from defects for one year following delivery date, with certain exceptions. Returns and Refunds:

We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products. However, we understand that there are times when an item needs to be returned. We are here to assist you. Please submit any refund/replacement requests directly to Monoprice at newegg@monoprice.com or call 1-877-271-2592 with the Order Number and Item SKU.

Any purchase made through Newegg will be subject to the following policy:

For Refunds: All returns for refund must be authorized by Monoprice within 30 days of the delivery date. There is no restocking fee applied to any returned item(s).
For Replacements: Replacements will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be the only recourse for returns after 30 days from the delivery date have passed. Monoprice will only replace item(s) for the exact same item(s) during its warranty period. Sorry, we cannot exchange one item with a different item. The Product ID (PID) must be the same. Replacement items cannot be shipped outside the US or Canada due to customs fees that are out of our control.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items: If you return a product for replacement and it is Out of Stock or Discontinued when the item is received, you may be contacted by the Monoprice Returns team and offered a suitable replacement or option for a store credit.

All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender. Please use the label provided when your RMA is issued.

Monoprice.com is not liable for packages that are lost in transit. It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service when you send back your merchandise.

RMA Policy

For Refund: All returns must be authorized by monoprice.com within 30 days of the invoice date. There's NO RESTOCKING FEE applied to any return item(s). However, S&H cost is not refundable. For Replacement: After 30 days, Monoprice only replace the item(s) for the same item(s) during its warranty period if it is defective. Sorry, we do not exchange it with any different item.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs A Great Supplier for Audio Components

This is my second order from this company(and not the last) I live in California and realize these products are shipping from the same. That said, they ship quicker than Newegg quotes, for my situation. I'm matching several of their products, for a bookshelf system and love hearing analog music again. I'm playing my .wav backups from digitizing my LP collection to digital and it's like listening to LP's again. I love this amp and it's features.

4 out of 5 eggs Slow to update website with shipping

The product was great but the customer service portion was horrible. The shipping status showed 'processing' for many days, leaving me wondering what the status was. The same thing happened again for another recent order from this seller. In both cases, I needed to literally contact Monoprice directly via chat to find out the status of the order. It was only after I complained the status was not updated that the status was changed to the correct status. That being said, the items had actually shipped quickly and arrived quickly, but I had no idea that they were in transit. Not sure what the disconnect is between Monoprice and updating orders on Newegg but it needs to be addressed.

4 out of 5 eggs Terrible shipping and customer service

FedEx is so terrible and not at all reliable. My package stayed at the original drop off point for 5 days and is now at a different facility un moving for another 3 days. I was originally given a 3 day delivery. And now it says it SHOULD be here on day 11. When I talked to customer service they told me I was wrong and that I would just have to wait longer.

I would recommend buying Monoprice items through Newegg. The sellers website was far cheaper but required shipping charges of nearly $43, so the Newegg price was better by over $12 with free shipping. Monoprice needs to go back to free shipping.

+Shipped next day with FedEx +Free shipping +Product arrived in mint condition +Inserted a Thank You card +Added bonus affiliate deals/discounts -Product arrived 6 days later Great experience with Monoprice but I really wish the free shipping wasn't so slow. I'm glad to finally have my product delivered but taking 6 days to arrive was a bummer. I hope they provide faster shipping options next time. Other than that, they ship fast and package the item well with air pillows. Monoprice gets my recommendation so don't hesitate to buy from them here.

If they shipped UPS or USPS or even DHL they would have gotten five eggs instead of three, but they always use FedEx and FedEx is just atrocious...never on time, tracking info that's less accurate than a roulette wheel with deliveries being rescheduled again and again and again, often only after the delivery window is already passed even when it's been INCREDIBLY obvious sometimes for DAYS that there's no possible way for them to meet the estimate they've given because the package is still hundreds of miles away...and they're so bad with getting the right address that I'm pretty sure if a package bounces out of the back of the truck while they're driving down the highway they'd call it a successful delivery....please stop contracting your deliveries to these incompetent buffoons, Monoprice...the people you choose to hire says a lot about your company...I would have no problem paying a little extra for shipping if that's what it takes to get it handled by a company that is actually capable of doing their freakin job...

tried to cancel due to slowness of initial shipping. then got an email saying it was already shipped so they wont cancel. i ordered it on july 1st, its july 12th and i still dont have it, "in transit" for a week. just go to best buy

Ordered 2 screens, one arrived damaged. Still awaiting them to ship the replacement after they have received the damaged one back and inspected it and multiple additional days just because. I have a history of orders through Newegg and being treated like this is aggravating. They have good products but the service on Monoprices end is slow as treacle. Very dissatisfactory.
