Return Policy

All product must be returned within 30 days. In order to process your return or exchange, please complete our RMA form here:

Please explain in detail why you need to return or exchange your order. We will respond to you with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) within 24-48hrs. DO NOT SHIP/RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHOUT AN RMA#. Network Wholesale is not responsible for the return shipping cost on non-defective items, and will refuse any shipment without an RMA number.

In the event that you “do not like” or “ordered the wrong product,” a return may be possible as long as you bear all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. If the product is new retail and has been opened, we are unable to accept the return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped within the 30 day return period. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees.

If our listing states "no return" that item is not eligible for a return.

Credits are usually issued within 2 weeks of receipt of a returned item. If you have not received your credit after this 2 week period please email service@networkwholesale.com.

We will not accept any returns for software products, or service and maintenance contracts.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered a couple of older server CPUs to get a bit more life out of my old hardware. Not only did they ship the CPUs quickly and well-packaged, they also included a syringe of thermal paste (I'd planned ahead, so not something I needed, but if I'd forgotten it would have saved my bacon!) Thanks!

I would not recommend. The drives are used and banged up. They do not work. It takes months to ship a new drive that doesn't work.

When purchasing 2 VOIP Cisco telephones the original tracking number provided quite timely, never materialized in a delivery and after waiting several additional days we had to reach out to seller to get their assistance in obtaining these phones before our drop dead deadline. Ultimately the phones made it on the very last day we needed them to, but the outer box was quite beaten up in the delivery process. Fortunately the phones were okay. Seller should consider some other shipper than UPS in our opinion.

I contacted the day I got the item that it was the wrong item and wanted to return it or was open to exchange it for another. I was told I would have to contact the reseller. Your svc dept sent an email to the reseller and provided me with the numbers. I called the reseller and could not get hold of them after several tries. A few days back I got an email from reseller that Newegg would handle the return. So now I have to contact you back again. This was my first purchase and I am a big fan of another major online retailer, mainly because how easy and wonderful the buying and customer service is. Needless to say was not have with the back and forth.

ordered harddrive sent a motherboard to wrong address, late refused item and replaced replacement shipped and cancelled by seller seller goes on vacation and leaves me to dry.

i place an order for this seller, label was made 1 week ago with no update status on shipping out. the label is made but never shipped. i am canceling this order to get it somewhere else. Due to back end error, my tracking number was entered wrong. this cause me to believe the shipment never left. after a call with customer service they informed me that the shipment was delivered 2 day before i called in.

The drive arrived on schedule, as ordered, and in perfect condition. The packing was very secure so, despite some damage to the shipping box, the drive is intact. NetworkWholesale 1 - UPS 0 I would not hesitate to order from them again.
