Return Policy

All product must be returned within 30 days. In order to process your return or exchange, please complete our RMA form here:


Please explain in detail why you need to return or exchange your order. We will respond to you with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) within 24-48hrs. DO NOT SHIP/RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHOUT AN RMA#. Network Wholesale is not responsible for the return shipping cost on non-defective items, and will refuse any shipment without an RMA number.

In the event that you “do not like” or “ordered the wrong product,” a return may be possible as long as you bear all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. If the product is new retail and has been opened, we are unable to accept the return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped within the 30 day return period. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees.

If our listing states "no return" that item is not eligible for a return.

Credits are usually issued within 2 weeks of receipt of a returned item. If you have not received your credit after this 2 week period please email service@networkwholesale.com.

We will not accept any returns for software products, or service and maintenance contracts.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Factory box had been opened and seal was broken on anti static bag motherboard was in. This motherboard was DOA, no video display and cooling fans went WFO shortly after turning it on. Tried 2 different Xeon processors and 2 different sets of memory to no avail. Contacted Network Wholesale and only response I received was they were checking with their technician, no further information was received after that. Newegg provided free return label and I shipped motherboard back to Network Wholesale for refund.

No, I would not recommend this seller to anyone. Good thing to know about the seller. They don't ship what they advertise. Shipping was on time. No where does it say the product was used! They advertised in box with the fan. the I5+ 8400 came as processor only! Did not come with the 16GB m.2 module. that reason it called a plus in the first place. I contacted Newegg and got a RMA for return. I tried other 2 other sellers and both voided the order with a message that it's no longer available. I will end up keeping them due to having a rough time finding a replacement. So buy with caution........

The wrong power cable was sent with switch. I tried to reach seller, got no response. I filed a claim and still no response.

4 out of 5 eggs UPS order less than optimal

FedEx did not process the shipment in a timely manner - the shipment was rec'd more than a week late. This was partly due to a packaging issue - the labels on the shipment could not be read. However, there were several unexplainable delays during the FedEx handling. The UPS packaging appears to have been damaged and may have been marginal prior to shipping. As this unit now needs to be shipped to a branch office, the damaged packaging is causing an issue - the unit needs to be re-packaged to preserve its integrity. The cost of the unit was higher than normal - it seems as though vendors are taking advantage of customers because of the supply line issues - very unfortunate.
