RMA Policy

Network Wholesale Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Network Wholesale
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Network Wholesale
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Network Wholesale will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Network Wholesale.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Network Wholesale will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Newegg Marketplace does NOT charge restocking fees for eligible returns. Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Beware of Seagate Model Number

To start, just to be clear, I was able to return what I was sent for a full refund no questions asked, no issue whatsoever, so no complaints there. I ordered a Seagate BarraCuda Pro ST8000DM0004 8TB 7200 RPM from them, but was sent a Seagate BarraCuda ST8000DM004 8TB 5400 RPM. This may have been an honest mistake, as the model number is off by a single 0 (why Seagate did that with their model numbers is beyond me), but given their recent reviews I'm not sure and would avoid ordering from them again. Just make sure you check the model number on any Seagate drives you buy from them before taking them out of the antistatic bag to make absolutely sure it matches what you ordered.

4 out of 5 eggs Deceptive lying scammers (NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!)

SSD was described as new but didnt even come in its original packaging. Was in some aftermarket anti-static wrap and bubble wrap. No original box. Immediately returning and contacting NewEgg about having this company NetworkWholesale flagged as a scam. There was zero indication on my purchase that this was an open box item. I searched beforehand and verified it was a new SSD. A clear and obvious lie that anyone would see upon receiving this. Now I wasted money on shipping I wont get back and time out of my life to bring this scam trash back to UPS to have it returned. Absolutely disgusting that NewEgg allows companies like this to sell on their platform Update! The seller reached out to me in response to this review and tried to flex at how many of these they sell. Further displaying their lack of professionalism and the scam nature of their company. Ill reply here because obviously they will read it. Ive already returned the SSD via Neweggs returns and refunds system. Youve shown you are not trustworthy and thus I will be going through them instead. I will also be reaching out to them and the BBB with pictures and screenshots of the sale page that adverstised this unit as new and not open-box. How the package arrived (not even in its packaging). And of your response to my review. To anyone reading this, stay away from this company!

Instead of the new hard drive I ordered, I received a refurbished unit. There was no mention on the product page that it would be refurbished, the image showed a new drive (the refurbished drive has a plain white label instead of the green illustrated label) and the price was similar to other new drives. I returned it the next day.

4 out of 5 eggs They ran a bait and switch operation.

I ordered a video card and cable combo kit and while I received the card it did not include the cable. The photo and description of the item both said it had the cable included. I checked the packing list and it said the cable was listed also. I'm not faulting NewEgg. I've always had good luck buying from them. The problem was with the third-party vendor. When the customer service contacted them they basically said 'too bad it doesn't come with a cable'. NewEgg did a good job, but the vendor was terrible to deal with.

I placed two orders with this company, one of them was delivered, but one of the items was missing. The other package just never shipped. After attempting to contact the seller multiple times, with no response, I worked with newegg to get a refund, that was only a fraction of what the order actually cost me.

The product number that the seller advertised was that of a boxed CPU. I intentionally chose to order a new, boxed CPU but appear to have received a tray or used CPU instead. Standard delivery was slow, went about 1000 miles out of the way but ended up arriving before the promised delivery date. Other than that, the CPU worked fine and the price was great.

4 out of 5 eggs Hard to find item, found at a reasonable price

The ThinkCenter M90z, - 5 year old grandaughter turned it off - did not come back on - she was upset that she broke it. So this vendor saved her and me some grief with the exact replacement part that worked as expected. Her face lit up when the computer did! Would definitely purchase it again.
