RMA Policy

If you experience a problem with any items purchased from us and wish to return them, please follow the instruction in the order to return the items.In general, shipping fee is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Tracking and insurance are highly recommended for high value item.
Products that are physically damaged, or altered will be refused by our department.
Restocking fee (up to 15%) may be applied, depending on the returned item condition. As for general rule, consumer electronic products (laptops, tablets, phones, and toys), a full refund will be granted if the product is still sealed.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Misled to purchase a wrong item worth nearly 2k. I got an completely different phone from what I have ordered and from what was listed. I'm so disappointed and confused. I was at first excited thinking it was too good to be true. But as I thought... Utterly upsetting, I hope it never happens to anyone else. Please be wary or you'll get tricked into a buying a false listing.

Ozeal Electronics created a shipping label for the product I ordered but did not even have the product in stock. When I inquired as to why it had not shipped, they tried repeatedly to have me swap out the product I wanted for a different item. I refused, but they continued this process and never shipped the product I ordered. Newegg should remove this seller. It sounds like this is a normal dishonest business practice for them.

Do not order, this seller needs a negative star. Paid extra for shipping, not shipped on time. Cancelled ordered a day after it was supposed to ship. Got billed a week later and seller shipped anyways. Customer service would be better if they just didn't reply. Every communication I received was an argument. Stay away from this seller.

Brand new, boxed ps5 w/ controller, chargers and an hdmi cord. Would submit pics but I don't see that option. UPS had a delay on it but the seller replied promptly and cordially. Still arrived 2 weeks before Christmas so it's a win for me!

I am actually really happy with the products I received. I am giving it a 4 stars only because they did not send the charging dock with the PlayStation until I messaged and let them know I did not receive it. They were very helpful and quick to respond and send it out. All is well and I am happy I have this on time to gift for my Son as a Christmas Gift.

Never got my product, wasnt even attempted to deliver. Newegg said I would get a new one within a day a tracking number, nothing. The seller was short with answers and no explanation. I had made other orders and UPS had delivered packages just fine. So now I have no idea what the status is, the seller says youll get a refund when we get the shipment, I just wanted the product but they cant even give me a timeline and it has already been delivered. I just wanted an explanation and options. This was not on me and I verified the address, yet seller said they probably couldnt find my address but I went in person to the warehouse and that wasnt the issue. They said the seller did something and its returned to them.
