Built-in over current protection on each USB port Independent Power Distribution Switch on each port to provide overcurrent, power glitches, and thermal shutdown protection. No driver installation is required on Win10/8, Server 2012 and later; Linux 2.6. 31 and later. Driver download is available for 32/64 bit Windows 7/Vista, and Windows Server 2008/2003.
