notice before purchase: its plug is 3.5 mm, if you phone does not have 3.5 mm slot, then it can not with this mic, like iphone 7, 8, and android phone which only has a type c slot. Product feature this mic set does not need require a battery. This mic uses an electret condenser mic. Instead of a battery-supplied current, this mic use a permanent charge in an electret material. What this means to users is that you wont end up losing audio on your recordings when a battery dies and you didnt notice.
