The Comet SMA24J is an HT antenna for 2 meters and 440 MHz. It is 17 inches (400 mm) tall and is super flexible and light weight. It is a 1/4 wave on 2 meters and a 5/8 wave on 440 MHz.
Gain is a 2.15 / 3.5 dBi and can handle up to 20 watts. Black color. This antenna terminates to a female SMA which is what certain Wouxun HTs such as the KG-UVD1P/4 or KG-UV3D-2/420-520 require. Dual-band 2M/70cm HT antenna with a female SMA connector to attach to the Chinese radios that use a male SMA connector. Super flexible and lightweight, made from the same material as unbreakable eyeglass frames. Although the SMA-24J is a long antenna, the feather-weight and flexibility makes it less obtrusive than the heavy, dense rubber versions.
