- This rearview backup parking assist camera delivers 720P HD video output. Its unique wiring design and system firmware allow for a continuous live rearview display even during forward motion, aiding in avoiding obstructions from passengers, headrests, and the vehicle's roof and rear pillars. This enhances the field of view, offering the driver a clear, unobstructed view of the rear lanes and eliminating conventional blind spots. Compatible with specific car stereo models: A6PF/PL/PP, S8 Gen2, and S8 Gen1 (a firmware update is necessary for Gen1). The 720P video quality is notably superior to traditional cameras using CVBS signal output. With a 180-degree wide viewing angle, this camera is intended for use with select Android head units that feature the VSV (Virtual Surround View) parking function. A calibration cloth is included in the package. Installation is simple, offering two mounting choices: with or without the provided bracket. An 8-meter extension wire is also included. Note: This camera is not compatible with the S8 Gen4, S8 MS, S8 PN, S8 UN, A5, A6GC, F7, X10, V10, P5, P8, P9, P10 series, or car stereos from other brands.
