Consisting of a fixed rack and a removable enclosure, this kit offers a flexible solution for you to protect and access your data. The fixed rack is engineered to fit into an external 3.5" drive bay and interface with a motherboard via SATA cable (included). The removable enclosure houses a 2.5" HDD/SSD, and then slides into the fixed rack thus giving you access to the drive via SATA connectivity. The detachable enclosure, which can be easily ejected with a press of a button, also comes equipped with a USB 3.0 port enabling it to server as an external HDD.

The separate rack/enclosure design is ideal for users who have to physically secure and lock their drives when offline, or for those needing to access their data while on the go.
