The OSRAM XBO 7000W/HPN OFR (Product No. 55227) is a high-power xenon short-arc cinema lamp designed for select NEC digital cinema projectors, delivering the electrical ratings and optical geometry needed for proper alignment in compatible lamp houses.
This lamp is rated at 7000 W nominal wattage, 41 V nominal voltage, and 170 A nominal current, with a 135175 A current control range. Optical geometry is supported by a 171.5 mm light center length (LCL) and 7.5 mm electrode gap (cold) to help ensure correct positioning and focus.
Physical and fitment details include a SFaX30- 9.5 anode base and SFa30-20 cathode base, 78.0 mm diameter, and 428.0 mm overall length ( 389.0 mm length with base excl. pins/connection). The lamp includes a 235 mm input-side cable/wire length and connector present. It is designed for forced cooling and s15/p15 burning position (for vertical burning position: anode (+) on top). Maximum permitted ambient temperature at the pinch point is 230 °C.
