How to Use (Quick Start Guide)

Step 1: Take out the wrist ball and secure the lanyard around your wrist.

Step 2: Find the arrow mark in the center of the ball.

Step 3: Hold the ball with both hands. Use your thumbs to press and roll the rotor in the direction of the arrow to build up speed.

Step 4: Once its spinning, switch to one hand. Release your thumbs and move your wrist in a circular motion to keep it going.

Tip: The faster it spins, the more resistance youll feel.
