As the Ubiquiti Networks’ latest generation of airMAX ac CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) with dedicated Wi-Fi management, the IsoStation IS-5AC-US gives you a versatile, cost-effective way to deploy a high-performance, reliable network while making network management easier than ever.
Using airMAX ac technology, the IsoStation IS-5AC-US supports up to 450+ Mbps real TCP/IP throughput. It has a die-cast aluminum shielded enclosure and features interchangeable horn antennas (asymmetrical horn antennas & symmetrical horn antennas) for enhanced beam shaping. The convenient single button release allows for ease of changing antennas. And horn feed comes directly from the radio input/output, so connectors are also eliminated. It provides high isolation solutions in fixed beamwidth increments through interchangeable isolation horn antennas. This feature is especially important in an increasingly congested RF environment. The intuitive, feature-rich airOS v8 operating system lets you easily configure, monitor and administer your network.
Modular Design
The antenna horn is interchangeable and helps with beam-shaping for specific deployment and environment needs. The IsoStationT also gets maximum gain out of the smallest footprint.
Beam Performance Perfected
The IsoStation can use a variety of horn antenna sectors, designed for increased co-location performance without sacrificing gain. Its unique beam performance and superb co-location characteristics allow for a higher density of sectors than traditional sector technology.
Enhanced Co-Location
Asymmetrical horn antenna options (60° and 90°) have naturally attenuated side lobes and extremely low back radiation, and they offer industry-leading front-to-back ratio and low side lobe radiation. Symmetrical horn antennas (30° and 45°, the default) are ideal for cluster sector installations with high co-location requirements.
Improved Noise Immunity
IsoStation blocks or spatially filters out noise, so noise immunity is improved. This feature is especially important in an area crowded with other RF signals of the same or similar frequency.
High MAC Efficiency
High MAC efficiency provides ±80% PHY RATE throughput.
Management Wi-Fi Radio
The IsoStation AC integrates a separate Wi-Fi radio for fast and easy setup using your mobile device.
