Why can't the earphones be charged normally?
1.Firstly,Please use some alcohol to wipe down the charging port on the earbuds and the charging pin on the case. Once you're done, let the earbuds dry and then put them back in the case.
2.Make sure to check if the charging pin on the case is normal or not. If the earbuds charge correctly, you'll see red lights on them and a bar that moves up and down.
3.Please try using a different USB C cable to charge the case.
How to charge the headphones and the case?
The charging case supports both wireless charging and USB C charging. Simply place the headphones into the case, and they will automatically start charging. The red indicator light on the headphones will stay on, and the battery indicator on the charging case will increase from one bar to four bars.
Q:Why can I pair the earbuds with my phone, but not with my PC?
A: Once you have paired the earbuds with a device before, they will connect automatically with that device the next time you use them. You must unpair the bluetooth model “A16” from the last device.then to pair the earbuds with your PC or other new device, make sure you have turned off or “forgotten” the Bluetooth model “A16”from your phone or original devices.
Q:My phone has paired with other Bluetooth devices, but can’t pair with our earbuds, why ?
A: There are limitations on the number of Bluetooth pairings for various mobile phones. Some phones limit pairing to only three Bluetooth devices at a time, while others limit it to two Bluetooth devices at a time.
Therefore, if you discover that your earphones cannot be paired with your phone while other devices can, try forgetting the names of other pairings on your phone first.
Then try to search our earbuds model to pair. This may solve the problem.
