Q1: Cannot reach 10Gbps speed?
A: To reach 10Gbps, make sure the USB ports, cables, and connected devices on your computer support USB 3.2 Gen 2. Some PCs only come with USB 3.0 port whose max speed is 5Gbps.
Q2: Does this 4-port USB hub support charging?
A: Since the USB port hub is mainly for data transfer, it isn't recommended to use this HUB to charge your device as the main purpose.
Q3: Can I connect 12V power to this Powered USB hub?
A: Please use standard 5V Adapter for power. Do NOT connect more than 5V power adapter to the USB C hub to avoid affecting the performance of the product.
