What Power Supply I Need to Get the Bluetooth Receiver Work?
Please use a 5V 1A power supply for powering(Only one USB power cable is included in the package, the power adapter is not included.) It will not work properly If the power voltage is 3.5V or lower or just use USB power cable.
Static Noise/Delay/Poor Audio?
This may be caused by the insufficient power supply. Please try replacing the power supply and use a standard 5V 1A power adapter to power it. Please power the adapter separately and do not plug it into the USB power port of your TV or computer.
Cannot Connect with Bluetooth Headset or Speaker?
Make sure the adapter is working in transmitter mode (TX) before you pair with your Bluetooth headset. Bluetooth headset must work in pairing state (please make sure it is not paired with another device)
