How did we get our start?
It all began back in 2010. Smartphones were just starting to take off and navigation apps were becoming a part of everyday life. The concept was simple, but innovative: design a product that makes navigating on your smartphone while driving safer and easier. From this novel idea came a line of best-selling car mounts.
What makes our products unique?
All of our products are designed from the ground up by our team of engineers in New York City. By treating each new product as a work of art, we hope to change the way people interact with and feel about tech accessories.
Give Chances is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing learning enrichment opportunities to children living in underserved communities. At iOttie, we donate a portion of every sale to Give Chances. By helping one child at a time, we hope to create a brighter future for everyone
How to Install?
Q. What exactly is the "Easy One Touch" mechanism?
A. It is our patented feature that allows you to lock and release your smartphone in seconds with a quick, simple, one-handed motion. It makes mounting your phone while driving incredibly safe and convenient.
Q. Will it fit my large smartphone or thick case?
A. Yes, it will! Our Easy One Touch 5 features an enhanced button and cradle, along with an adjustable bottom foot. This upgrade ensures wider compatibility, easily accommodating large and extra-large smartphones as well as various cases.
Q. I don't want anything complicated to install. Is it easy to install?
A. Yes, Our iOttie Easy One Touch Signature Car Mount is very easy to install. It comes with a dashboard pad and suction cup base. just clean the surface, press the pad firmly, and attach the mount. No tools required.
Q. Is it possible to reattach it? Can it also be mounted on the windshield instead of the dashboard?
A. Yes! It works on both the dashboard and windshield. The suction cup can be easily removed by releasing the lever and reattached. It holds securely on windshield glass, and you can use either the suction cup or adhesive pad on the windshield.
Q. My product stopped working shortly after I purchased it. What is your product protection and return policy?
A. We've got you covered! Our 2-Year Protection Plan covers products that arrive damaged, have a manufacturer's defect, or fail under normal use.
