Long & Short Term Average ReadingThe long-term average represents the average radon value for the ongoing measurement, max one year. Used to identify any potential risk; The short-term average alternates between showing the average radon value for the last day or the last 7 days. Used primarily to see the effect of measures to reduce the radon level.
How to Get Stable Radon ValueRadon is an inert gas. If you want to get accurate and stable data, long-term testing and monitoring is necessary. Testing time is at least 14 days or even 30 days. Because the air environment affects the concentration of radon gas, keep doors and windows closed for a period of time before testing for radon.

What is Radon?
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that comes up from the ground, odorless, colorless, tasteless. It is most easily released through granite, brick sand, cement and gypsum etc., especially natural stone which contains radioactive elements.
What Are the Dangers of Radon?
Radon can be inhaled into the lungs, damaging human body. Expert research shows that radon is the most important factor causing lung cancer, and the World Health Organization has listed radon as one of the 19 major environmental carcinogens.
