Smart Call Blocker

Enjoy more peace of mind at home with the Smart Call Blocker, a screening tool built-in the IS8121. With one time set up, the system will carry out your commands automatically.

• Screen - the system prevents robocalls from interrupting your day by filtering all home calls (from landline) before your phone rings.
• Approve - avoid unwanted calls by requiring callers (from landline) to identify themselves, allowing you to decide if you want to answer.
• Star Name List - save callers like friends and family, your trusted organization to the phonebook, so they are always allowed through.

You can also block nuisance callers (from landline or cell-line) on the spot by pressing the Call Block key. Add the intruder's number to the block list so they will be blocked permanently.

Connect to Cell

By connecting your mobile phone with Bluetooth technology, this system allows you to make and receive calls from your cellular plan and landline while enjoying the comforts of a home phone system. It is particularly helpful for those who experiencing signal dead spots at home. By placing the paired cell phone at where it has stronger reception, then use the cordless handsets to make and receive calls. Even if your cell phone is in a different room, you can still place a call, write or read a text, access Siri or Google Now from the cordless handsets. Note: Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a short range (approximately 15 feet) from the telephone base. Please keep connected cell phones and headsets within this range for optimum performance.

Virtual 2-Line Phone

This system's Bluetooth Connect to Cell integrates your cell phone for your calls at home, with or without a landline. Compatible with Bluetooth version 2.0 or above devices, you can pair up two cell devices (cell phone or Bluetooth headset), and connect one cell device to be used with landline calls at the same time. Perfect for busy family where one handset can support a landline call while the other handset on a cell-line call. If you are using Android phones (OS 2.3 or higher), you can further extend the flexibility of your telephone system with use of the free Connect To Cell application. VTech Connect to Cell comprises Caller ID manager and Alerts manager that help integrate your cell with your telephone system. Note: for optimal performance of the cordless system, keep the cell device charged and located within 15 feet of the telephone base. Your cell phone’s battery discharges faster while it is connected to the telephone base via Bluetooth wireless technology.
