Place in water bucket
The bottom design is compatible with most gallon-sized water buckets on the market. A gallon bucket with a lid is more stable.

What should I do if the pump is unstable on my 5-gallon bottle?
We recommend to attach a cap for the bottle to fix the pump, screw top opening or exposed opening may cause the pump loose easily.
What are the charging guidelines?
Charge for 3 - 5 hours before first use. The rechargeable battery can pump out 4-6 water jugs with a full charge. Use the included micro USB charging cable. Fast chargers may damage the charging port.
What to do if the blue light is on but it cannot pump water? How can I reduce noise during operation?
If blue light on but not pumping, try to reset by slaping the side. If noise is generated during pumping, please immerse the silicone hose in water to minimize the pumping noise.
How do I maintain the pump?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Replace the silicone hose every 3 months, or clean it by soaking in warm water with vinegar. Keep the charging port dry to prevent it from water damage.
