1 out of 5 eggs Avoid

Pros: The plugs fit ethernet sockets. They transmit data.

Cons: No quality control. I got half a dozen of them.. All I've used so far fail to work at gigabit speeds.

Bottom Line: The cables are quite stiff, but I understand that this isn't atypical of Cat6a cables so I'll give them a pass on that. Sometimes they work ok if I fiddle with them/the connection to the switch and the computer, sometimes not. Most often only one of the leds on the switch lights up, indicating a less than optimal connection. There should be two lights. I haven't the patience to test them all and wait for them to fail or not. Will either cut them in half or give them to somebody with 100mbps networking gear. If you want Cat6a spec cable, these are not the ones to buy.
