Can the keyboard be connected to multiple devices at the same time?

The keyboard can connect to three different devices simultaneously. Different devices can be switched using combination keys.

Does the keyboard have 2.4G functionality?

The keyboard does not have 2.4G connectivity. It can only be connected via Bluetooth.

Connection Issue/Certain keys not working/Typing delay or keys repeating?

1. Ensure the keyboard/mouse is fully charged

2. Reconnect the USB adapter (unplug and reinsert the USB adapter, try using a different USB port) or re-pair the Bluetooth connection

3. Test on another device

There's a problem with my keyboard and mouse that I can't solve, what should I do?
