***Notice***:

4. This KVM support HDMI 2.0 4K@60Hz 2K@120Hz and below, Make sure the computer and monitor support 4K@60Hz resolution and HDMI plug-in to get an ultra-clear visual feast.
Case and Solution: If the laptop is directly connected to the monitor, it can reach 4K@60Hz, but after connecting the KVM, it cannot reach 4K@60Hz.
The solution is: Step 1, press "Window+P" on the keyboard at the same time, select "Extended Mode" or "Second Screen Only". Step
