Warm Tips:
1.macOS Driver Permission: For the DisplayLink driver to function correctly on macOS, you must grant "Screen Recording" permission in System Settings. Please be assured this is a standard requirement and our software does not record or transmit any of your data.
2.HDCP Content Not Supported: This docking station does not support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection). As a result, streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, and others that use content protection will not play through the DisplayLink-connected monitors.
3.4K@60Hz Requirement: To achieve a 4K resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate on the dedicated HDMI port, your host computer's USB-C port must support DisplayPort 1.4 (DP1.4). Systems with DP1.2 will be limited to 4K@30Hz.
4.No Power Delivery: This docking station is designed for video and data transmission and does not charge your connected laptop. Please continue to use the power adapter that came with your computer to keep it charged.
