This PCIe 5.0 M.2 to U.2 adapter is a high-performance storage connectivity solution for enterprise servers, data centers and high-performance computing environments. It converts an M.2 2280 M-key slot to a U.2 SFF-8639 interface, allowing U.2 NVMe SSDs to be connected to motherboards, suitable for big data, virtualization and cloud computing scenarios.

Connector A: M.2 M-key 2280 Male; Connector B: U.2 SFF-8639 Male (Top Side Exit). PCIe 5.0/SAS compliant, 4 lanes, up to 128Gbps transfer rate. Backward compatible with PCIe 4.0/3.0/2.0/1.0. Requires connection to a SATA power cable for operation. RoHS compliant, for indoor use only.

Installation & Usage Notes
The adapter is plug-and-play with no additional drivers required. Simply connect the M.2 end to the motherboard slot, the U.2 end to the SSD, and attach a SATA power cable to the adapter to begin use. Note: A SATA power cable is required for power delivery.
