The NI PCI-6514 is an industrial 64-channel isolated digital I/O interface for PCI systems. The NI PCI-6514 provides optical isolation on both input and output channels, operating in banks of 8 channels.
With programmable power-up states, you can configure the initial output state in software, ensuring safe and trouble-free operation when connecting to industrial actuators (pumps, valves, motors, relays). The digital I/O watchdog allows the board to enter a fully configurable safe output state even if the computer or application fails.
NI-DAQmx helps you quickly and easily configure the board, making full use of all highly reliable industrial features with automatic code generation in LabVIEW, ANSI C, Microsoft Visual C++, or Microsoft .NET languages (C# and Visual Basic .NET).
