CameraLink Interface Dual-Channel Frame Grabber
The Xtium series, developed by Teledyne DALSA, is designed to meet the demands of increasingly higher camera image resolutions and faster frame rates. It provides greater bandwidth, supports CameraLink 80-bit mode over longer cable distances, and is compatible with a wide range of line scan/area scan, color/monochrome cameras.
The Xtium-CLMX4 frame grabber features the following:
- Half-length PCIe Gen 2.0 x4 frame grabber Data transfer at up to 1.7 GB/s bandwidth; supports PCIe Gen 1.0 slots with transfer rates of 850 MB/s
- Compliant with CameraLink Rev 2.0
- Simultaneous acquisition from two CameraLink Base cameras, or image acquisition from one Medium, Full, or 80-bit (Deca) camera
- CameraLink pixel clock up to 85 MHz
- Extended transmission distance while maintaining maximum data transfer rates
- Supports PoCL (Power over CameraLink)
- Pixel bit depth Mono: up to 16 bit, RGB: up to 12 bit
