5 out of 5 eggs Amazing!

Pros: Wow...I paired this with Netgear N wireless USB and the wirless actually seem faster than my wired LAN.

Cons: Its a little lenghty to setup.

Bottom Line: Just buy one. Its probably just as good as the $100 and above N router.

5 out of 5 eggs D-Link Strikes Again

Pros: The best "Pro" I have for you is that it came free with the purchase of DIR-615 (wireless-n router). Performance wise -I've been using Wireless B/G for years, and putting this card into my already wireless laptop just made it 30 times greater. The range it boasts picked up 6 new networks within my area. I can reach any of my two wireless routers from outside without hesitation. It's transfer speeds are very good and it responds well to just about anything I can throw at it. And I see it's currently at $40, so how can you not grab onto a deal like this? It's solid for the price you're paying.

Cons: I've been spoiled with an internal wireless card on my laptop, so an external is a con to me, but in reality, who really cares? It's 30 times faster than the B/G factor. I can't find any cons to this particular product.

Bottom Line: Setup was a breeze, and if you know how to do wireless networks, it's even easier. The cd did most of the work, but make sure you have the network key ready to go so you're not looking around for it. It hooked up effortlessly to both the new DIR-615 router I got with it, and my old running Linksys B/G. I'd ask anybody on a budget that needed a good wireless-n card to pick this one up. Considering I'm a hardcore Linksys fan, it was a surprise that D-Link could impress me the way it did with its products. This product, along with the router, could convert me in due time. Hope this helps your decision-making.

5 out of 5 eggs Great for a Free card.

Pros: Great card considering I got it free with my router.

    Good range, good speed.

Cons: I personally Dont like he Dlink adapters as I've had problems with them before. This one is working fine though and I sold it to another person that needed one cheap.

    Bottom Line: Works.

3 out of 5 eggs Oh well.

Pros: It has excellent range and signal. No problems whatsoever in Vista

Cons: Problems with XP on two laptops, the proprietary software really messes things up, had driver issues, just couldnt get it to work right. I initially got it to upgrade the wireless on the older laptops, that cannot run vista properly.

Bottom Line: That being said, I got this item for free with the purchase of a D-Link N router at an amazing price. I ended up pawning it off to a friend who had a nicer laptop running vista with a g-card, he was pleased with the range and signal strength of the card. As always, Newegg rocks. Great price AND something free! why shop anywhere else?

5 out of 5 eggs Good Buy

    Pros: Easy to follow setup.

    Cons: None yet.

Bottom Line: Replaced an older Dell wireless card. Noticeable difference in speeds. Originally was unable to play music over the network from one computer and surf the internet on the laptop. This wireless card gives the laptop that ability with no big delays in web page loading while playing music over the network.
