Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
It's normal for wireless charging to warm up slightly, especially during intensive use. The surface temperature is controlled under 118.4? (48?), which complies with international safety standards, ensuring safe usage.
Is the power bank compatible with Android phones, and can a phone case affect charging?
This power bank is designed for iPhone that support magnetic wireless charging, from iPhone 12 onwards, except for the iPhone SE 3. Phone cases thicker than 2.5 mm or those that are non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.
Why doesn't my phone achieve 15W wireless charging power, and why is the charging circle not displayed?
Ensure your iPhone 12 runs iOS 17.4 or later, and iPhone 13 or later has iOS 17.2 for optimal charging and display; this power bank is not Android-compatible. If the USB-C port is charging a device, wireless charging output will be reduced to 5W.
Why does charging stop at 80%?
Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.
