The Tripp Lite U026-016 is an active USB 2.0 extension cable that increases the length of a device cable without the worry of signal loss or potential performance problems. This 16-feet cable comes with a built-in signal booster for uncompromised signal quality after extension. You can also daisy-chain up to five cable units to achieve a total length of 80 feet. USB limits a cable's length to 16 feet. Use a standard 6', 10' or 15' USB cable to reach the desired distance.

- The U026-016 provides up to 150mA of power to the connected device. If your device requires more than 150mA of power, it will either need to have its own power supply; or, to be plugged into a powered USB 2.0 hub (such as U222-004-R) that is connected to the U026-016.
