To open the quick-release fastener, the outer ring is pulled back. The seal closes immediately and prevents coolant from escaping. To lock the quick-release fasteners, simply push them into each other. A clicking noise confirms secure locking. A quick-release fastener always consists of two fittings. You always need the right counterpart to create a complete quick release fastener. With this product you only get 1 half of the quick-release fastener.
