Make sure the form of your SD card is FAT32. If not, please backup the files on your SD card and format it into FAT32. If you want to bring in raw files for Pad Pro 12.9 inch 2018, please change the default setting "Optimize (device) Storage" to "Download and Keep Originals" in Settings>Cloud>Photos.
