This SUHU Battery Charger Automotive has a function to test the battery voltage/electricity (It can confirm if the charger cannot be charged, it is a battery problem or a charger problem).
Please do as following:
1. Clamp the positive and negative poles of the battery with the clip, do not plug power and the battery's voltage and electricity can be detected.
2. If the charger shows OFF, and the voltage is higher than 12.5v and the battery is fully charged, which means there is no problem with the battery;
if the charger shows OFF, and the voltage is lower than 12.5v, the battery is aging, which is a battery problem.
