If the hard disk does not allow access to your system, please try the following steps:
a) Try it on another computer to see if this happen;
b) If you are using desktop computers, then the USB3.0 cable needs to be plugged into the rear port of the computer.
- Enter sleep mode automatically after left unused for 10 minutes, it can reduce power consumption.
Automatic sleep function is abnormal
- The HDD case is connected to a device such as a router and continuously exchanges data, so it does not enter sleep mode.
